Production Ready Artwork to Make Your Imprint
Provide us with clean, sharp, flat, solid black and white, color-separated artwork to expedite your order. If you do not have production ready artwork, call us – we’ll gladly help set it up. The 1st hour is FREE; additional art charges, if needed, will be incurred at $50/hour. You will be notified prior to this charge. We will email you pre-approval of your artwork upon request. If you need a hard or fax copy of your artwork additional charges may apply and will be quoted to you before we finalize your order.
Straight Line Text vs. Special Type
Straight line text will be set in our standard typestyles and size in the location shown for each product with best fit standards. Special Type that will incur extra costs are: Any characters not found printed on a standard American PC keyboard (for example, a bullet is non-standard, but an asterisk is standard type).

Laser-quality hard copy, black/white image at 600 dpi on white paper, unfolded. Image should be 200% to size and 100% actual size

Adobe Illustrator CS3 down to 7.0 (ai) – outlined vector art
Adobe Photoshop CS3 and down (psd) – 300 dpi at 100% or larger
Freehand MX down to 8.0 (fh8) – outline vector art
Corel Draw 9 – outlined vector art
Microsoft Word 6.0 and up (doc) – straight line text only
(eps) – vector art only
(jpg)- high resolution, 600 dpi
(pdf) – vector or high resolution, 600 dpi
(tif)
Note: Do not embed fonts or images; send as separate files. If using Illustrator or Freehand, please convert fonts to outlines and include the full name of the font for our reference.
